YWCA of WNY Children's Services

The YWCA of WNY offers a range of childcare programs including Extended Day Programs, Drop In Childcare Services, and an Early Childhood Center. 

Summer Camps 2012. The YWCA of WNY Summer Fun Program for children ages 5 – 12 is held at our School House Commons site at 1005 Grant Street, Buffalo 14207. Generally included:

  • Breakfast, lunch, & snack
  • Weekly field trip
  • DSS assistance is accepted

The Courts Drop-In Child Care Program provides a safe, supportive haven for children whose parents have official court business and connects families to needed services.

The Early Childhood Center provides care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years and offers programs for teen mothers attending Buffalo Public Schools.

The Extended Day Programs promote academic achievement and developmental assets in children ages 5-12 though quality, affordable, before and after school care at five sites.
